Dilemma (School Refusal

...See more Hi, I'm currently in a sticky situation and am unsure of what to do. Hence, I just thought I could share them here to ask some advice/opinions/personal experience. Background Information: When I was 14, I started to having problems getting myself to school. I started missing school regularly and somewhere during July, I didn't attend school all together. Because of this, I changed to a different school and repeated a year. The next school year went semi-smoothly, I went to school irregularly but managed to finish the school year, thus moving up a grade. However when I was 16, the same problem happened again and I started to not attend school at all after August. But thankfully, the school was sympathetic of my situation, allowing me to stay in the school and move up a grade. Fast forward until now, I'm 17 and this year is a very important year as I have to take the National Examinations,which decides what school I can go to next year; hence its super important(I was suppose to take one year ago if not for me repating a year). This year has been a rocky start for me. I dont really attend school regularly and missed my first term's examinations, which the school kindly excused me from. However, recently I missed school for 2 weeks in a row. And today, my mid-term's examinations just started. The school told me that they cannot keep excusing me for my examinations as if I missed too many examinations, I might have to drop out of school and do the National Examinations as a private candidate. So, here's the dilemma. I have a few choices right now I can choose but I dont know which one I shoud choose hence, I need some help in it. Choice 1: Go to school and take my mid-terms. This might be very hard for me as I'm currently not prepared to leave my house, yet alone go to school and take the examinations. But if I have to choose this, I would the most be able to go to school next week(Monday) and miss the examinations for tomorrow(Thursday) and Friday. Choice 2: Go back to school after my mid-terms. This might be hard for me as the school might not be able to excuse me from the examinations. And also, I'm afraid that my classmates will make fun of me and assume that I'm just missing school so that I don't have to take the examinations(which is not the case) as they have done it before when I missed my first-term's examinations. Choice 3: Drop out of school and take the National Examinations as a private candidate. This might be hard for me as I might not have the right resources and determination to study hard, which means there is a huge chance in me getting very lousy score and then having to take a course I'm not interested in a bad school. I really need people to help me in giving me advice/opinions/personal experience. I'm really troubled by this and don't know what to do.
