Bio
I’m a counselling enthusiast, and I’ve been in my own therapy for the past five years. That experience matters to me because it showed me what it’s like to sit on the other side—not knowing where to start, needing time, and needing to feel taken seriously.
When I listen, I don’t rush people or try to fix what they’re saying. I try to stay with them, hear what’s underneath the words, and respond in a way that shows I’ve really understood. I’m comfortable with silence, strong emotion, and uncertainty, and I don’t need someone to make sense straight away.
I work without judgement. People don’t have to explain themselves, justify their feelings, or agree with me. My role is to offer a steady, respectful presence and let the conversation move at their pace.
I’m aware of my own limits and I take responsibility for them. I value supervision, support, and boundaries, and I see listening as something you commit to properly, not casually.
I want to offer people a space where they can speak freely and feel less alone, even if nothing gets “solved” in that moment.
