About Me: I am currently a psychology student and my goal here is to gain an empathetic and active listening experience to help strengthen my future impact as a clinical psychologist. I have experience as a caregiver for ages 65+, especially those in the veteran population. I come from a military family and background and can relate and empathize with the military and veteran population. 

Direct Experiences: I have direct lived experiences with anxiety, depression, stress management, student life, work stress and financial stress. I have had the following vicarious experiences from loved ones with cancer, self-harm, and addiction. I have successfully chatted with members who have experiences outside of my own lived experience so don't let that be a barrier, I am here for you!

Due to a busy life and schedule, I cannot keep a consistent schedule at this time, but I try my best to get back when I have the time.
