...See more No matter what i do i never feel like im doing enough . I always feel rushed and anxious because there's so much to do .. so much to be .. and I feel like I wont ever be enough without "doing". Im undoubtly burnout .. that + depression .. not a great mix . I cant let myself rest . I worked so so hard this year my brain is fried up ... my health is getting worse everyday ... and even with that I feel like a worthless thing .. not worthy of much .. let alone rest . (I'm aware this all is so incredibly negative and simply not true  .. but I felt that maybe if I tell it to someone .. i wont have to battle it alone )
