...See more hi there! im new to 7 cups, and its a bit weird for me to do this. i go to university and i see a counselor for one-on-one appointments, but i thought trying this out would be interesting. depression and anxiety run in my family and i didn't really know i was depressed until i went home for winter break and i could barely get out of bed, felt lethargic, and didn't want to see my own lovely family. it has gotten worse and i don't know how to fix it. i desperately want to be better, but i feel like i can't motivate myself to, because, whats the point? im constantly asking myself that and i don't know how to keep my emotions in check. i also got told tonight by one of my best friends here at my college that i am an emotional burden and that everyone can't deal with my problems anymore on top of their own. i feel like a horrible person. im hoping this way i can get my emotions out and feel less like a POS person and try and get better.
