Glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with depression, PTSD, domestic violence as well as addictions. I enjoy kayaking, reading, four wheeling, painting and snowboarding. There's no better way to spend the day taking a trip to the ocean on a mini road trip with friends.
