Hello my name is maria , i'm a student . I have problem managing my emotion especially when I'm sad or angry I have severe depression and I struggle with my education .I have sleeping problems too and anxiety I'm addicted to listening to music and that really affects my life. I like to talk to someone to calm down my sadness or emotions or to tell me what I need to do when i'm really out of it.
