...See more I am feeling positive and getting back to my life, i really want to thank all people on 7 cups for their support and love. I am moving forward and working on myself, yes journey will be definitely longer but by spending time here learning each day i am able to tackle stress, depression and anxiety. I do remember my worst days, slowly slowly i am becoming confident... hoping things will be good in future. Being surrounded by positive people over here and self-help resources were great help for the betterment. I wish good luck to all people over here :-)
