My name is Julia and I'm here for you. I am 25 years old and have 10 years of personal therapy experience. I am here to listen, and support you in your time of need. No one deserves to struggle alone. I have gone through (and continue to go through) treatment for Bipolar, OCD, Panic Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Trichotillomania, Addiction, and CPTSD. I may not have all the answers you need, but I'm here to walk with you as you discover them.

She did go she listen to your problems helped by giving some tips and some stuff she didn't know because you know she human but she did try to compare the situation to her own past problems to try to help and give some helpful advise.
