This being human, its a messy business! Every one of us needs a safe and nonjudgemental space to be heard on occassions.  A place just to pour out our hearts and minds and have someone walk with us through the messiness, helping us jiggle ourselves back into clarity.  We have all the resources we need inside us, sometimes we just need a little help to reach them. Let us walk and talk with each other a while and see if we cant help each other over the hedges...
