Hi! I'm a huge advocate for mental health, and would love to assist you in any way possible. I'm a great listener and I love to comfort and advise people. I picked the username "quaintrelle" because it is defined as "a woman who emphasizes a life of passion expressed through personal style, leisurely pastimes, charm, and cultivation of life’s pleasures". I've been able to turn so much of my trauma into power and strength, singlehandedly, and it is so so relieving. My goal on here is to make everyone feel that peace and receive the healing that I did. It's so empowering and enlightening. I believe that you can make the best in life regardless of what your situation is. I am more than happy and excited to join you all on your journey on healing.
