...See more Wishing I could flip those words and just eat to live. Overeating is something I do constantly. I eat super fast so that feeling of full never happens until I’ve eaten way too much. I don’t know why everything needs to finished on a full plate in such a hurry. I wish I could change the good feelings that come from eating something tasty. I know this is why I over eat and think about my next meal constantly.
