...See more Hello, I'm new and just spent the last half an hour crying and aggressively typing at a bot because I didn't know how to make this post and connect to people. I've never reached out for help before and I am currently living in a small city in vietnam that doesn't have access to mental health facilities (english speaking ones anyway). I'm feeling really overwhelmed at the moment and my health, both mental and physical, is getting progressively worse. If anyone can offer so advice or anything I'd be grateful
