I'm a human resource management professional and a philosophy graduate. I'm good at listening to people and help them bring to the surface the root cause of what is really bothering them. More often than not, people are bothered by the symptoms -- not the root cause of their problem that often hide from their immediate awareness. The first stage of real healing is for them to find the root cause first. Then they can address it and when that is done, the symptoms disappear.
