...See more Hi guys, I am really trying hard to recover. However, whenever I start to increase my food amounts, I start to have a lot of stomach issues. My therapist says this is a normal part of recovery. Did anyone else experience this? How did you keep eating through the discomfort? I just feel discouraged. Thanks
