Hi,
I love art, reading, nature walks/hikes, swing dancing, rollerskating, music, and old movies. I struggle with anxiety, depression, mood swings, panic attacks, compulsive lying and evading,and disassociation. Most of the time I've got a pretty good handle on it , and other times it gets out of my control.
