...See more Hi everyone 💗 I have thoracic outlet syndrome and permeant damage to my right side from surgery removing my first rib. Then got a brain injury from a medical injection that is leaning on a long list of permanent side effects like making it hard to read (I used to read every night before bed). I’m having a hard time finding bed rest activities. When my brain injury flares up I’m noise and light sensitive, I get muscle spasms using fine motor skills, and can’t get out much without a full routine that’s exhausting. I can’t easily eat with utensils or safety cook so I’m not sure what to do… I wish I could go to a nursing home but I’m only 40. Anyone have ideas on places to get support?
