Hey there, presently I am in my final year of MSc Psychology program and along with studying I have been peer counsellor in two initiatives. What I found out with my experience is that counselling comes naturally in me and it is more than just a work. I myself learn and grow from my clients. Other than this I am passionate about reading, walking and sky gazing!
Mental health is a crucial part of holistic wellbeing. The way our mind sees things is the way we live life.
I believe in acceptance, positive and strengths based approach that focuses on what's good in an individual and how the present and future life can be made happier and better.
