I can’t just relax

...See more My mother puts pressure on me constantly to be more and do more, whenever she sees me relaxing or chilling is when she gets anxious and worked up and says why aren’t you looking for a better job or why aren’t you doing more with life. It’s left me drained and feeling back to square one with my feelings of failure that I’m actively working against and trying to accept myself more and slow down. I had therapy yesterday and I feel like in one hour she set the tone for my entire day, undoing any progress . Whenever she does this I carry that negativity and project it onto others because I feel bullied, she also never knows how to say sorry and it’s like I have to teach her how to interact with other humans Not looking for advice, just support thank you.
