When and how do I ask for help

...See more I'm a 17 year old and am on a trip abroad and my roommates keep talking negatively about body's and body weight I've been in recovery for 3 years now but am finding it much harder to eat and find myself body checking myself the issue is that I don't know how to know if I should ask for help because I don't want to over react but also want to protect myself the roommates comments aren't the only cause but it's definitely making it worse and they jokingly call there friends fat for getting more food I find myself unconsciously slipping into old habits that are not healthy but I don't want to worry my tour director I lied on my paper and said I've never had an eating disorder because I thought I had it under control but I don't know if I do anymore

...See more I haven't gone to school since Monday and I'm not planning on going back until Monday at the earliest my intrusive thoughts are getting worse and I don't know what to do anymore any advice would be great
