hello there, welcome to 7cupsof tea. my name is angel luv, i am a sixteen year old, junior. i recently found out about it this website and i think it is amazing. i have been dealing with depression, anxiety, and self harm for about three years now. all i want to do is use my experiences to help other people. although, i am still in recovery, i am getting better each and everyday. you can always talk to me about anything, i am here to listen. stay strong, my loves.

They were really easy to let it all out to and they talk to you like a friend would, not the standard counselor "how does that make you feel" approach. I would say anyone should talk to them.
