...See more I simply don't wanna eat anymore. I just got out of residential treatment for my ED and I'm afraid that when I move out this fall, I'm gonna fall back into my old habits and restrict all the time. I know that will only make me gain weight, but it kept me "in control" even though I was completely out of control. So I don't know how to keep myself from relapsing and ruining the last chance I have at a halfway decent life. If I'm just gonna relapse and ruin everything, then why am I even trying so hard to recover right now? I feel hopeless. Some feedback would be nice.
