...See more hi! i'm a newbie and it took me a few days to actually start because i was hesitant on what to do, where to start, and whether i actually want to. but, here i am now! i wanted to try 7cups to help cope with my mental health---i have a therapist, and i'm taking medication, but lately that has gone to a grinding halt due to the coronavirus outbreak. i want to continue making healthier steps for myself because i see myself going back to unhealthy coping mechanisms, and my support system isnt exactly...a support system (so maybe i shouldn't call it that?). but i'm going in here to try and manage my health better and be better to myself 💓
