...See more They say thinking helps with being mindful. It does. But for someone who overthinks a lot, someone like me, it can be troublesome TT . Whenever I try to be mindful and actually think about my thought and what I am feeling and sometimes write them down, one tiny thought leads to me overthinking everything and suddenly I'm not on the path of thinking that I wanted. Instead of actually feeling better because I thought about how I felt, it turns me into an overthinking mess. And it does sometimes affect my day to day life and my relationship with people. I'm wondering if anyone feels the same and/or has advice on how to deal with overthinking. And I don't want an answer that is telling me to just stop overthinking because that is really easier said than done :((
