I'm nonbinary, and my pronouns are they/them. I'm an 18 year old TST satanist and I'm from Texas. My hobbies are doing makeup, painting, singing, and needlefelting!

I've been a Listener on 7 Cups on-and-off since 2018.

I'm pursuing a future career in psychology, and I have my eyes set on becoming a child/teen counselor. 7 Cups has been a great way for me to practice these skills!

...See more I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you've found this post, this is for you. You're NOT an "attention seeker". When we self-harm, it's easy for those around us to see our scars and assume we did it for attention. This is your reminder that they are your battle scars; they show where you've been. I'm a listener here on 7Cups, and I've seen my fair share of members that come to me telling me they've reached out because someone told them some variation of "you're just doing it for attention". And my answer is always the same: You are a survivor, not an attention seeker. People self-harm for many different reasons. Some see it as a way of punishing themselves, some do it to release an intense emotion such as anger or sadness. Whatever your reason... You are a survivor, not an attention seeker.
