...See more 12/12/25 it's been a while since i've been on here but recently things have changed with my children and myself and I need more support. My non verbal asd son was put on medication on 12/10/25 and my oldest gifted son has reached out to get help at his school for intensive therapy. I'm sooo thankful to God but also very stressed lately which has ramped up my alcohol intake ...low alcohol, but still, I know because I'm not using the coping skills that I've learned I'm losing control of my life and I love my children too much to allow that so today I take back my control and will push forward to take care of myself better and support my children.

...See more I feel ok today..2 cups of coffee in and a meeting moved till tomorrow..emails sent and paperwork emailed off. I hope tonight is peaceful. I miss my kids and I seem to be putting out fires today outside of work. I want cheese and ice cream lol.

...See more Good morning everyone, Tomorrow is my appearance for a DUI I got back on Feb 17th. I came back to 7cups right after that. I love the support system here and the community. I am afraid because I've never been in trouble with the law before but I have a best friend who will be with me during my hearing. I hope to make it through tomorrow so I can come back and get on 7cups tomorrow :) Have a great Tuesday everyone!! Shannon
