...See more Hi everyone, my boyfriend and I just broke up and I am now trying to rebuild my life but I’m having trouble with so many aspects. The biggest one is that I’m looking for an apartment but I live in a big city and work in an affluent area so it’s been hard to find something affordable especially without having someone to split expenses with. I’m past the point in my life where I want roommates and I want to live in a safe area now being a single female. It may take me some time to find a place that “checks all the boxes” but it’s tough mentally when I’m eager to just start over. Just putting this out there to see if anyone else can relate, perhaps anyone going through a divorce?

...See more It's my birthday today and I'm feeling a little depressed about it. I have much to be grateful for but I'm not where I want to be in life and I tend to get sad around birthdays and holidays especially ever since I turned 30. Does anyone else go through this and have advice? I just want to be able to enjoy my days.
