...See more Hi everyone, I haven't been in the workplace long. Slightly more than a year. Last year I had a goal when I went to work. It was to get training to set myself up for my career. But I hit a snag when I failed one of my exams and covid hit. Since then work has become a burden. Every morning while I a preparing for work I get a knot in my stomach that usually comes with a very upset stomach. Nausea and diarrhea. Every. Single. Morning. It's gotten worse over time that even getting a phone call from a work colleague outside work hours triggers the same feeling. I'm currently on sick leave but my colleague called to ask about a matter at work and I felt the same feelings again. Is it normal to feel this way? Do you experience the same?
