...See more Hi all, stumbled upon this app at the best time possible. My man is Rob and I am 36 years old living in Salem MA with my wife and one awesome little 4 year old. Let me start off by saying i suffer from panic attacks and spats of depression because of the anxiety. I’ve been like this for as long as I can remember, but have been officially treating it for the past 5 years. My main anxiety issues stem from any issue that’s out of the norm from my every day life. Example; a minor issue turns into a snowballed effect of the worst issue ever. Before you know it, it’s all I can think about, I shut down, and the depression kicks in. as far as panic attacks go, I have been getting those mainly after my child was born. AKA the shock of making sure this child stays alive is all on me. This is where the medical anxiety kicked in. White coat syndrome some have told me! I have been on Celexa 30mg for about 4 years now and that subsides the panic attacks, but the panicking continues to this day. I am here because I’m looking for an outlet to talk during these anxiety attacks. My wife is amazing, but the depression part she doesn’t know about. Looking forward to getting to know all of you and can’t wait to not only get some help, but give some help as well.
