I am a bit of a stress case. I have depression, anxiety and PTSD. I do yoga and read a lot. I colour and play video games. I LOVE gardening. These should be distractions but sometimes the pain overwhelms me. I've recently been dumped by the man I love. <\3

...See more My boyfriend and I were together for almost 2 years. When we first met we were both in abusive relationships. We both left them. We lived together from day one. We did everything together. We had our ups amd downs. He lied a few times but admitted to it later... I freaked out a few times and apologized... basic stuff. I moved away 4 months ago for work and we were texting and calking each other everyday. Which I thought was ok. Last week he dumped me. No real explanation just that I'm a c u next Tuesday (hope you get that reference) and he doesn't think I'll ever change. He hasn't spoken to me since. He's deleted me from his life as though I don't exist. Blocked me, deleted photos, brought some of my stuff to me. I've spoken to his friends and family who all say I should just give him time he loves me and he'll miss me but in the meantime he's adding every girl that ever caused a problem between us. The abusive ex, a girl who told him she hated me the first time we met, etc.... I just don't knkw what to think. Apparently he will talk to me when he's ready but what am I supposed to think in the meantime?
