...See more i get major anxiety whenever something good is going for me. whether it's education, my partner being amazing, or generally my life going better than okay. i start feeling like i don't deserve it and that something bad is gonna come in and ruin everything i've built for myself. i can't shake it away, and i just want to be able to enjoy my time with the people i love without anxiety making its way through. some days my anxiety is over the top bad, like yesterday and some days it's manageable and i can breathe properly. it's very hard to deal with, and i don't have a therapist. can anyone relate to this? my anxiety started after my traumatic experience of witnessing my father's death and it happening in general. i've been struggling with it for two years alongside depression for one.
