...See more Hi I’m generally overwhelmed by most things right now and not sure who or how to talk about it and how to deal. So for a brief history I’ve been battling mental health for some years. I’m living with my parents who are elder and most recently both going through some things. But I’ve developed agoraphobia and hardly feel like I know anyone else to talk with. It’s been incredibly difficult with mom suffering and I get so upset and then I feel unsure when to talk with her and what to focus on and she’s not always hearing or she’s not well and she’s mostly been my safe person. My dad decided to tell a dr about me and got referred to a psych but I tend to not feel comfortable even the talking to current dr it doesn’t feel any help. I’m already nervous about the current day and how to go about it and then not knowing how to actually have any positive happen. I’m scared too. Am I saying enough to have any advice? The depression and anxiety has me not wanting to do much and then the things I’m told by family then I get defensive and feel bad. Is there actually ways I’m not knowing? There’s more I could say but I don’t want to go too lengthy.
