...See more I beg if anyone has any tips, trigger warning!! I got sick once, didn’t eat for a FULL week afterwards but I was threatened with a feeding tube so I ate… now I have anxiety over ANYTHING I eat, even safe foods. I always have my phone to use with my flashlight to check it after every bite, just looking for tips… it’s making me anxious and sometimes makes me not want to eat anything all day/for days at a time… then sometimes I binge eat till I literally cannot eat anymore… I’ll be really grateful ✨
