I'm typically super sensitive and easily triggered while regressed, so be cautious! also, my regression is involuntary so I cant control it.
bad spelling=regressed
little age: 0-8 (sometimes speaks in 3rd person or non-skribal/semi-verbal/nonverbal when regressed)
diagnosed depression, anxiety, ADD, BPD, suspected autism, and my therapist is currently looking into osdd.
about me and my triggers: when I get triggered I typically go nonverbal and/or slip (aka regress). I freak out a lot if I regress because of a trigger. if you wanna know my specific triggers just ask! there's too many to list here. (most are related to trauma, as well as personal experiences)
