...See more Im taking care of my nephew and he calls Mummy. However nowadays I question if he sees me as a mother figure at all because he doesnt listen to me and starts being rude. My mother just gave me a lecture about how I talk to him. He is going to start primary school next year and all I can think about that what if he gets bullied? I was bullied predominantly throughout my schooling years with only a few years being fine and i dont want my boy to go through what I did. Maybe thats why subconciously im being stricter? I just feel way over my head and getting depressed about how I wont be a good parent to him.

...See more Hi. Im from Singapore. I am still in abit of denial about my depression but the first step to getting is identifying that there is a problem. To pinpoint where my depression started, I wouldn't know. All I know is that I have felt that my existence does not matter to the people around, and rather gotten tired of existing for several years now. I want to get better for my nephew/son. He is the one that keeps me running most days, and I want to be the best mum I can be for him. I want to get help, and I hope I get it here.
