Since I was 14 I have struggled with depression, self harming, being unhappy with my body/looks, anxiety, being suicidal and feeling alone. To get better again, I feel that I should put my extra time into helping you guys out there who are going through the same things. I want to listen to you and reassure you that things will get better. There will be nothing you say to me that I will find odd, so don't be shy, just let it all out!
