...See more Hey so I’m right before to start a relationship with this guy I really like. He knows about my mental problems and is really supportive for me. I wanna have a talk with him about my mental problems so he won’t be surprised or badly affected by them. I don’t want to ruin our relationship because of them so I want him to know everything before we’re starting it. So how do I explain my feelings and how he should manage me in bad mental states ? I can’t really find the words of describing depression and the feelings that come with it.
