Anxiety from the thought of school

...See more I've always liked certain aspects of school, but sometimes it can get really overwhelming. Usually when something goes wrong like I forget my homework or get to class late, I start to panic and can't really calm myself down. This generally makes my arms/legs shake, my eyes tear up and cry, I can't breathe that well from crying, and I have trouble calming down until the "problem" is resolved. I also don't really like the change that comes with school, whether it be going to a new school or just trying to find my locker and new classes. It's hard because I know that not many people feel scared about going to school or having to complete homework on time for fear of getting in trouble, but I can't stop myself from feeling like I'll be a dissappointment or whatever if I don't make it seem like I'm perfect and can handle school just fine. I just want to know if anyone else experiences this and if you have any tips for calming down/feeling less anxious about school.
