...See more I feel like I have so much compassion for other people, their struggles, thoughts, feelings but I have no compassion left for myself. I'm so much harder on myself for things, but looking at my situations/problems, if someone else was going through the same thing I'd offer nothing but support and encouragement so why am I so hard on myself?
