I'm in a really difficult time of life. My physical location and lack of energy makes it hard to reach out to people outside my area. And people in my area are difficult. So I rely on online help a lot, just reading about other people's experiences helps me get out of my mind and connect with humans around the world. Being able to share is an added bonus that I really appreciate. Please be kind to me, I rely on this very much just to survive.

...See more I was feeling angsty and my mood was very unstable. Feeling so much better after doing my yoga and deep breathing practice, really grateful for that. It helps me stay grounded and continuing to show up in life while living in a stressful environment.

...See more I feel so bad. I feel like I can't express myself like other people can, and it makes me feel insecure. I know it'll take time to grow and learn but my insecurities don't leave my company. The obsessive thoughts are hurtful.
