...See more I've started a new relationship but I feel like every little thing I do is a big mistake and that my partner must be judging me for it (even though he hasn't given any indication of it). i don't want to continuously ask him about it or ask for reassurance because it will be like every day and I know it would get annoying if I did it every time this anxiety pops up. how do I deal woth these thoughts?

...See more I've recently gotten into a new relationship. I have been in relationships in the past and it's always been the same: extreme anxiety over little things. i start wondering how my partner feels about X and Y and it ends up spiralling into me unreasonably thinking that it whatever minor thing there is has to be because I somehow messed up. I don't want to keep bothering my partner about these thoughts because they happen so frequently and I know it would become annoying. any advice on how to stop feeling so anxious about everything?

...See more So I cut a lot last year. But I stopped a few months ago. I am now in a very stressfull year at school, though. So it has been hard to not cut. Last night I had a really terrible night and I cut myself again for the first time in months. The scars had begun faiding to a dull white and I started to wear more revealing clothes again. But now all that progress is ruined. How do I keep this from spiralling?
