...See more I desperately need help. I have OCD. It’s been pretty bad lately since I started my new job two months. I have had this OCD for several years. I always had a rough life and bad anxiety. But living with OCD is exhausting. I believe certain things cause me bad luck. For example, wearing chapstick. Seems like when I do, something bad happens. Same with watching certain tv shows, movies, and listening to certain songs. I feel like I can’t even enjoy myself or properly take care of myself. I can’t even wash my sheets cause I’m afraid I’ll have a bad week. I’m exhausted. Any advice?

...See more Sometimes I just wanna break down. I feel like I don’t belong anywhere. My co workers treat me so different than others. You can tell that they have their own group and I’m just invisible (only when I’m getting called out for something). I just hate feeling so alone and disconnected from everyone. Even when I try to talk to people or be nice it’s still not enough

First time actually eating all 4 meals

...See more I have been bulimic on and off since 09. But for the past few years I have become anorexic. Not even eating 1000 calories a day. I’m trying hard to eat more, but it’s hard. Usually I’ll just have yogurt and a handful of crackers for lunch. For dinner some chicken. People always make comments about my eating habits, saying, “no wonder you’re so small, you don’t” they say that when I pass up food someone offers me because it’s hard for me to eat more than what I do now. I’m also afraid of gaining weight. This is what happens when you don’t get help for your ED like I should have. But today was the first time in a long time I have eaten all 4 meals. For breakfast a breakfast burrito. Lunch, goldfish. For dinner I ate several wings my brother made along with stuffed shells and garlic bread. For dessert chocolate cake my nephew made. I must say I actually feel pretty good. Maybe this is a sign I need to start eating more?
