...See more Hello all, I am currently going through the process of being assessed for ADHD. I have a strong strong feeling I will be diagnosed with ADHD. I am in my mid 30's. Are there many people in this community that live with ADHD and are unmedicated? PS. I am not anti medication, especially because the symptoms I have been suffering with for a long time have ruined alot of relationships and is now threatening my marriage and even my relationship with my kids. I would do anything to not lose all of this but also want to hear some alternative treatment ideas.
