...See more Hey, I'm 17 and have been dealing with my "depression" since 6th grade, I believe it developed from sadness and turned into depression, just the signs were there, but so young and not knowing anything about mental health- I couldn't figure it out on my own. I believe I have major depression and my episodes are becoming more frequent, I've studied this depression, looked over the symptoms, watched videos on it, I'm sure this is what I have. I can't seek help because my mom dosen't believe I can have something wrong with me, but I've relapsed recently and idek..my head is all over and I'm so lost.
