...See more I woke up this morning and I didn't want to get out of bed. Even though I sleep a good amount I still feel tired during the day. I managed to eat breakfast even though the anxiety wipes away my appetite. I need to take a shower but I'm afraid. Afraid of what? Getting wet? Clean? Jumping out and running around naked? These questions seem so real in the moment but when I am writing them down now they seem a bit silly. This anxiety makes me think strange thoughts and I don't know if anyone can relate to me.
