A little about me 🌿✨
I believe that sometimes, what we need most is not an answer, but a place where we can finally say what we’ve been carrying.
My background is in Human Rights and Conflict Mediation, and I have experience working with survivors of gender-based violence. Those experiences have taught me that every story deserves to be heard with dignity, patience, and compassion.
I’ve also walked through my own difficult seasons with mental health. I know what it feels like when your thoughts become too heavy, when you don’t quite know how to explain what’s happening inside, or when you simply wish someone would listen without trying to fix you.
That’s why I’m here.
I want to make your day a little brighter💫, a little kinder, and perhaps a little less lonely. ✨
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly organized story. You can bring confusion, sadness, frustration, questions, or simply a strange day you don’t know what to do with.
I’ll ask the questions. You find your way.
I won’t tell you who you should be or what you should feel. I’ll be here to listen, to be curious about your story, and to walk beside you for a little while.
Maybe we’ll make sense of something together.
Maybe you’ll discover an answer you already had somewhere inside you.
Or maybe we’ll simply make today feel a little softer.
Either way, I’m glad you’re here. 🤍
