Great
What a star! Stayed with me and helped me get through a really stressful period. Kept me calm and really helped me work through my emotions so i understood why i was feeling how i was. By the end, the pains and muscle stiffness i get in my upper body at times like this, had almost eased. I've never before achieved this level of comfort when I have been feeling this stressed out.
