Hello, I am a listener at 7 cups of tea. I have been through quite a rocky road in my life but have made through it with the help of the kindness of others so now that I am in a good place in my life I want to help others. I love to read and have a small library of my own that just keeps expanding. I also like to do yoga and meditate every now and then to help with stress.
