Hi, I’m working on creating something that helps people move from survival mode to empowerment. I want to help people feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I know how valuable it can be to have a safe space to talk things through, especially during stressful, overwhelming, or uncertain times. I’m here to listen with compassion, curiosity, and care. I want to help people find clarity in the noise and reconnect with a sense of hope or direction — even if it’s just one small step at a time. I, myself, am working through things and know that small steps help the nervous system feel safer, in addition to helping build confidence.
