I'm Lizz and coming from germany.
Myself is speaking/writing russian, german, english and have some skills in french.
I have experience with gays and I helped them by their "coming-out", so I can give you maybe some tips. -> I'm not homophobic :)
I've gone through a hard time with anorexia, depression, breakups, stress with parents … and was bullied, so I can understand your feelings btw. I can empathize in yourself.
